COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course was designed to provide a practical understanding of how business models work to create value for customers and sustainable strategic differentiation for a business. We explored the relationship of key elements of a business model including the value proposition, value creation, value delivery and value capture.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

For our final project we were asked to choose an industry and research trends, opportunity spaces, and the basis of competition. My team was interested in exploring the insurance industry and through research, exploration and ideation we landed on a business model to insure higher education.
