When I first joined the Global Media Operations team, the Executive Vice President wanted to increase his communications cadence to the 1,000-person organization. To help him accomplish this, I developed a multi-channel communications strategy that was sustainable, consistent, and collaborative. All three channels provided a consistent thread of communication and information about latest business updates, events, new hires and other important department-wide and company-wide information.
Introduced a monthly newsletter featuring:
A spotlight article about a recent accomplishment
Upcoming events or past event photos
Important company-wide things to know
Line of business updates
Open positions, and new hire and promotion information
