PROJECT SUMMARY
When I first joined the Global Media Operations team, the Executive Vice President wanted to increase his communications cadence to the 1,000-person organization. To help him accomplish this, I developed a multi-channel communications strategy that was sustainable, consistent, and collaborative. All three channels provided a consistent thread of communication and information about latest business updates, events, new hires and other important department-wide and company-wide information.

Bi-Annual Town Hall
With 1,000 employees, it is tough to get everyone together. To facilitate this, I coordinated across 3 broadcast operations teams to establish live broadcasting across NJ, LA, and Denver.
I partnered with the leadership team to build the content agenda, coached each executive and built out all presentations, while also managing all logistics.
"GMO Now" Intranet
Designed and built a central portal to manage all team resources and information.
Launching this site enabled us to build a communications ecosystem where all information was hosted on the portal and linked out to other platforms. This also enabled us to build additional team resources like the Onboarding content.
