In 2019, the students at the Institute of Design launched a new student organization called IDSA (Institute of Design Student Association). I volunteered to chair the organization and quickly recruited Anna as my co-chair. In my role, I have managed a small team, defined our organizational function, established roles and responsibilities, introduced repeatable and sustainable processes to ensure easy transition after graduation this spring.
